Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. She won her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. She won another four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college diploma. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with the machine and bent-over rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the workout. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
