Dennings was involved in a romantic romance with Nick Zano (co-star of "2 Broke Girls") from 2011 until 2014. Following their breakup, she began dating Josh Groban. They remained in contact until. Dennings met for the first time Andrew W.K., a musician, in the beginning of 2021. Within a brief time span they began to meet and by the end of May 2020, they revealed their wedding. Dennings has been a faithful follower of the musician. She has followed him since 2014. Though Dennings was Jewish and has stated she feels more connected to the religion on an ethnic as well as a cultural basis and is not a religious integral part of her daily life.
